Shipping information
For electric skateboards
- We cover taxes/duties for most of the countries/regions in the below list.
- The customs in these countries/regions may require the tariffs, taxes or duties that we don't cover: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Norway, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Israel, which means you may have to pay the tariffs/taxes/duties by yourself.
- Sometimes the shipment will be delayed due to the courier's problem or holidays.
- If the shipping method of the country/region provided in the table is only one option like by air, that means you have to choose the air shipping only.
- Your tracking information will be in your shipping confirmation email that is sent 2-4 business days after your order has been placed. The tracking information may not be updated until the package enter your country, this is typically the case with international orders as the package gets handed over to the country’s local carrier for final mile delivery

- We provide free shipping if the amount of the order is more than $50.
- If the amount of the order is less than $50, extra $20 shipping fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
