    Will the screen affect the battery's range and lifespan?

    No, the screen operates at 5 to 8 watts (peak 25 watts), while our battery is 328 watt-hours. The impact of the screen on range is negligible. The controller automatically shuts off power after the skateboard has been idle for 5 minutes, thus not draining the battery.

    Yes, it uses unprecedented anti-slip and wear-resistant silicone material with 200,000 tiny protrusions, providing superior grip and durability compared to conventional grip tape. The surface is very gentle and won't scratch riders' skin, clothes, or shoes. Traditional skateboard grip tape cannot be cleaned, only replaced. Silicone grip tape is easily cleaned with water, restoring it like new.

    No, we have a screen switch setting on the app. If the screen isn't needed, it can be turned off. Screen brightness can also be adjusted via the app to suit environmental conditions.

    The entire screen is enveloped in special materials capable of withstanding at least 150 kilograms/330 pounds of weight. We've designed a buffer layer around the deck edges to prevent screen damage from impacts.

    The maximum weight limit for all models is 150 kilograms/330 pounds (However, please refrain from attempting to jump on the skateboard or exerting excessive force on it).

    Yes, our product has an IP55 waterproof rating, capable of withstanding rain and splashes. The screen has a silicone adhesive layer to effectively prevent water from entering. However, for safety reasons, riding in the rain is not recommended, and submerging the skateboard in water should be avoided. Water can damage the battery, electronic speed controller, motor, and bearings in the wheels. Water damage is not covered by our warranty. We recommend keeping the skateboard dry to extend its lifespan.

    No, it won't. Our products undergo rigorous testing, including a drop test from a height of 1.2 meters. Even after this test, the battery remains securely in place and does not fall out.
