If you want to return the product, contact us at service@uditerboard.com to initiate the return request and obtain authorization for return. Send the product back to us in the original packaging.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
The refund to your account will take 5-7 business days which depends on Paypal or your credit card company.
If a product has any manufacturing defects at the time of shipment (which is uncommon), we will troubleshoot and provide free repair service or replacement parts to resolve the issue, unless the problem is caused by personal error. If you require a repair or replacement, please return the product to us first. Once we receive the product, we will repair it or send you a new one.
